About Me

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

My research interests revolve around employees’ social interactions at work and outside of work, primarily (1) their interpersonal experiences in the nonwork domain (e.g., with their partner/spouse or friends); (2) whether and why their leaders treat them fairly; and (3) their relationships with leaders and how leaders themselves are affected by employees.

My work has been published in Personnel Psychology and the Academy of Management Annals.
