Researcher and Assistant Professor
Organizational Behavior and Human Resources
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
My research interests revolve around how interpersonal relationships shape employees' experiences at work and in their nonwork lives. Specifically, I research 1) the work-nonwork interface, 2) communication and other social interactions in the workplace, and 3) organizational justice, with a focus on why leaders are fair (or unfair).
My work has been published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Personnel Psychology and the Academy of Management Annals.
