I am a PhD Candidate (OBHR) in the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
My research interests revolve around employees’ social interactions at work and outside of work, primarily (1) their interpersonal experiences in the nonwork domain (e.g., with their partner/spouse or friends); (2) whether and why their leaders treat them fairly; and (3) their relationships with leaders and how leaders themselves are affected by employees.
My work is currently in press at Personnel Psychology and the Academy of Management Annals.
