About Me

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

My research interests revolve around how interpersonal relationships shape employees' experiences at work and in their nonwork lives. Specifically, I research 1) the work-nonwork interface, 2) communication and other social interactions in the workplace, and 3) organizational justice, with a focus on why leaders are fair (or unfair).

My work has been published (or forthcoming) in outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and the Academy of Management Annals.
